Booking form for Key workers and EHCP pupils.
Due to the most recent lockdown our school is only open to key worker children and those with EHCP's. If you child falls into either category and you would like them to attend school please complete the attached form to book a place. Please complete one form per child.
A list of key workers can be found on the government website.
